Welcome to Sundrz! By purchasing our services or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to understand how our playlist placement system works, your rights, and your responsibilities as a customer.
1. About Sundrz
Sundrz is a playlist curation platform that connects music producers with a network of independent playlist curators focused on electronic music. We offer curated promotional packages that aim to get your music placed in playlists — based on musical fit, genre, and vibe.
We do not sell plays or guarantee streams. What you’re purchasing is the opportunity to be submitted and placed in playlists through our carefully selected curator network.
2. How the Service Works
When you purchase a package, you are selecting a number of playlist placements (options: 2, 4, 8, 12, or 40). That number reflects how many playlists your track will be placed in if approved.
Our process:
- After payment is confirmed, our team will review your track within 24 to 72 hours to analyze genre, vibe, and overall quality.
- Based on this analysis, we will submit your music to curators from our internal database
- We will continue submitting until the number of placements you purchased is fulfilled — provided your music is a good match for the curators’ styles.
- The final decision to include your track is entirely up to each curator, who operates independently.
- If none of the curators accept your track, or if we are unable to reach the number of placements in your package, we offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation (see Refund Policy below).
Important: You are not paying for guaranteed streams, followers, or fan growth. You are paying for manual curation and targeted submissions with the goal of playlist placements.
3. Playlist Duration
Once placed, tracks generally remain in playlists for around 30 days. However, this is not a fixed guarantee. Each curator controls their own playlist and may update or remove tracks at their discretion. Sundrz cannot influence how long your track stays on a playlist once added.
4. Curator Independence
All playlist curators in the Sundrz network are independent third parties. Sundrz does not own, control, or employ these curators. Each curator decides whether or not to accept your track, and we cannot guarantee or force acceptance. We also do not influence the ordering or visibility of your track within the playlist.
5. Copyright and Ownership
By submitting a track to Sundrz, you confirm that you own the rights to the music or have full permission from the rightful owner to promote and distribute it. Sundrz is not responsible for any copyright issues related to the content you submit. We reserve the right to reject any track we believe violates copyright or platform rules.
6. Service Completion
Your order is considered successfully delivered when the number of playlist placements you selected in your package is reached.
If no playlists accept your track, you are entitled to a full refund (see Refund Policy).
If fewer than the purchased number of playlists accept your track (e.g., 3 out of 8), you will receive a full refund for the undelivered placements.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, pricing, laws, or services. We will notify you of significant updates, but we recommend checking this page regularly.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not complete the transaction.
Sundrz – Refund Policy
We want to ensure transparency and fairness in how we handle refunds. Here’s how our refund system works:
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- None of the curators in our network accept your track after we’ve attempted placement.
- Your track is rejected across the board and no playlist placements are made.
No refund will be issued if:
- Your track is successfully placed in the full number of playlists purchased, even if you were expecting more plays, visibility, or engagement.
- You change your mind after your order has already been processed and submissions started.
Refund process:
- To request a refund, email our support team with your order details.
- We will verify your case based on the number of placements delivered and respond within a few business days.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used at checkout.
