What Happens after I place an order?

Once you place an order you will receive a follow up email within 24 hours containing the links to the playlists you’ve landed. Our a&r team listens to your track and pitches to the playlists that fit the genre/mood of your track and we pitch until we land the amount of playlists in your order. If we cant land you on any lists you will receive a refund.

Is it safe?

At Sundrz we are a record label run by artists so we need to ensure all of our lists we work with are bot free. This way you get paid real royalties from the streams and don’t ever have to worry about your song getting taken down. The playlists we work with are all grown through Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok ads driving REAL people to these lists.

What is Your Refund Policy?

If you request a refund before your songs get on the playlists we will honor that refund. However once a song lands on the playlists and you get your follow up email with links there is a no refund policy.

Can you guarantee an amount of streams?

Its against Spotify Terms of Service to guarantee streams! Our mission is to put your song in front of as many REAL listeners as people. And since all of our lists are active everyday you WILL get heard. But the amount of streams ultimately comes down to the quality of music since people have to listen to 30 seconds of a song for it to count as a stream.

Can I choose to be on your biggest playlists?

Believe it or not the amount of followers on a playlist doesn’t indicate how many active daily listeners a list has! It just means the list has been around for longer. Sometimes a list with 500 followers can get more daily streams than one with 50,000 because the curator is spending more money to grow a new list, driving more traffic to it. Our a&r team is in charge of figuring out which lists your tracks fits in the best and where it will get the best results.
